Individual fellowship:
Should have received training (fellowship) at an institution abroad.

Fellowship should have been received within the past 5 years.
Research & innovation endorsement:
Should work on research project or grant or award from funder approved by UKRI.
A formal letter confirming the applicant’s receipt of an award, funding amount of at least 30,000 GBP for a minimum duration of 2 years.
A statement from the hosting organisation justifying the applicant’s essential role.
Peer review:
Demonstration that you hold a PhD or have equivalent research experience within a university or research institute.
A letter from a senior industry expert confirming and acknowledging your proven track record of leadership or expertise in the field.
Receipt of a prestigious prize or award that recognises excellence in the applicant's field of science or research, if any.

UK Endorsing Body is an organization with licence from UK Government, that can issue endorsements for the UK Global Talent Visa route.

What do they want to see?
The applicant must be recognised as having potential or already be acknowledged as a leading talent in science & research. To prove eligibility, meeting at least 1 criteria is required:
Science contribution:
To qualify, you need to demonstrate significant scientific impact in your field through groundbreaking research or key roles in scientific projects. This may involve contributions as a principal investigator, researcher, or collaborator within recognised scientific institutions or research endeavors.
Innovation:
Demonstrate your innovation by presenting evidence of any substantial product-led digital technology businesses you've founded or led as a senior executive. This includes active businesses or those dissolved within the last five years.
Recognition:
Prove your contribution to the advancement of the sector beyond your regular job responsibilities. This involves engaging in activities or achievements that have had a notable impact on the field.
Fellowship and research endorsement:
Highlight fellowship or advanced training you have received from an approved institution, preferably within the past 5 years. You must have worked on a research project or received a grant or award from a recognised funder, which was endorsed by UKRI.
Endorsement Letter
After evaluation of the Personal profile and Professional Journey of the applicant by Endorsing Body, decision will be made and sent as Endorsement Letter in case of Approval
Step 2. Visa Application

Obtaining UK Permanent Residency in 3 or 5 Years
To get an ILR (indefinite leave to remain), you will need to demonstrate continuous residence in the UK – you must not be absent from the UK for more than 180 days (6 months) per year.
Applicants must also provide evidence that they are still actively working in the arts or cultural sector.
If you apply for the Science & Research talent visa under the exceptional talent category, you will be eligible to apply for Permanent Residence in the UK after 3 years of holding the visa.
If you apply for the Science & Research talent visa under the exceptional promise category, you will be eligible to apply for Permanent Residence in the UK after 5 years of holding the visa.
Obtaining British Citizenship in 5 or 6 Years
Apply for UK citizenship one year after obtaining ILR on Innovator Founder visa if all requirements are met. You must be able to prove to the Home Office that you have not been absent from the UK for more than 450 days in the 5-year period prior to submitting your British citizenship application and 90 days in the last year.
If you Apply for Global Talent Visa - you’ll get British Citizenship after 5 years.
If you Apply for Global Promise Visa - you’ll get British Citizenship after 6 years.
