UK Global Talent visa route is open to talented and promising individuals with technical or business skills in the digital technology sector wishing to work in the UK.
Applicants will be leaders in their field, or have the potential to be leaders, as determined by Tech Nation
An applicant evidencing exceptional talent must show that they have been recognised as a leading talent in the digital technology sector in the last 5 years and provide evidence of at least 2 of the following:

After we receive your endorsement, we are preparing the documents for the visa submission. We are going to attach all the required documents including the endorsement letter. You will receive a decision from the Home Office within 4 weeks.
To get an ILR (indefinite leave to remain) you will have to prove continuous residence in the UK – you must not leave the UK for more than 180 days (6 months) per year. Applicants are also required to prove that they have achieved a level of business success which meets the endorsement criteria for settlement.
You can apply for UK citizenship 2 years after obtaining ILR on the UK Global Talent Visa if all requirements are met. You must be able to prove to the Home Office that you have not been absent from the UK for more than 450 days in the 5-year period prior to submitting your British citizenship application and 90 days in the last year.
