UK Endorsing Body is an organization with licence from UK Government, that can issue endorsements for the UK Global Talent Visa route.

Applicant must be recognised as having potential or already be recognised to be a leading talent or in the digital technology field in the last 5 years.To prove eligibility, meeting at least 2 criteria is required:
Contribution:
To qualify, you need to show significant technical, commercial, or entrepreneurial impact in the digital technology field. This can be through your role as a founder, senior executive, board member, or employee in a product-led digital technology company.
Innovation:
Demonstrate your innovation by presenting evidence of any substantial product-led digital technology businesses you've founded or led as a senior executive. This includes active businesses or those dissolved within the last five years.
Recognition:
Prove your contribution to the advancement of the sector beyond your regular job responsibilities. This involves engaging in activities or achievements that have had a notable impact on the field.
Academic Contribution:
Showcase your exceptional ability in the field through significant academic research. This research should be either peer-reviewed in reputable publications or endorsed by a senior academic who has directly supervised your work.
Endorsement Letter
After evaluation of the Personal profile and Professional Journey of the applicant by Endorsing Body, decision will be made and sent as Endorsement Letter in case of Approval
Step 2. UK Global Talent Visa Application

Obtaining UK Permanent Residency in 3 or 5 Years
To get an ILR (indefinite leave to remain), you will need to demonstrate continuous residence in the UK – you must not be absent from the UK for more than 180 days (6 months) per year.
Applicants must also provide evidence that they are still actively working in the arts or cultural sector.
If you apply for the IT talent visa under the exceptional talent category, you will be eligible to apply for Permanent Residence in the UK after 3 years of holding the visa.
If you apply for the IT talent visa under the exceptional promise category, you will be eligible to apply for Permanent Residence in the UK after 5 years of holding the visa.
Obtaining British Citizenship in 5 or 6 Years
Apply for UK citizenship one year after obtaining ILR on Innovator Founder visa if all requirements are met. You must be able to prove to the Home Office that you have not been absent from the UK for more than 450 days in the 5-year period prior to submitting your British citizenship application and 90 days in the last year.
If you Apply for Global Talent Visa - you’ll get British Citizenship after 5 years.
If you Apply for Global Promise Visa - you’ll get British Citizenship after 6 years.
